What We Believe

Faith That Stands on Something.

What a church believes shapes everything — how we treat people, how we handle hard moments, and what we anchor our lives to when everything else shifts.

Why It Matters

Not Rules. A Foundation.

Doctrine isn't a list of restrictions — it's a foundation you can build a life on. Here's what we believe, stated clearly and without apology, written so anyone can understand it.

God

There is one God — Creator and sustainer of all things — who exists eternally as three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each is fully God, fully present, and fully engaged in the story of humanity. He is holy, loving, just, and near.

Jesus Christ

Jesus is fully God and fully human — not one or the other, but both at once. He entered our world, lived a sinless life, died on a cross in our place, and rose from the dead on the third day. He is the only way to the Father — and He is coming back.

The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is not a force — He's a person, the third member of the Trinity. He lives inside every believer, empowering us to live holy lives, guiding us into truth, and equipping us with gifts to serve others. He is active, present, and moving today.

The Bible

The Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God — not simply a collection of wise writings, but the living voice of a living God. We read it, study it, preach it, and live by it — not because it's tradition, but because it is true and it transforms.

Salvation

Every person is born into sin and in need of a Savior. Salvation is not earned by being good enough, trying harder, or doing more. It is a free gift, received by placing genuine faith in Jesus Christ. Repentance — turning from sin and turning toward God — is where new life begins.

The Church

The Church is not a building — it's a body. Every person who has placed their faith in Jesus is part of the global family of God. The local church is God's primary instrument for reaching the world and discipling people into all He's called them to be.

Eternity

This life is not the whole story. Jesus will return, and all people will stand before God. Heaven is real. Those who rejected Him will face eternal separation from God — hell is real. This reality shapes how we live and why we share the Gospel.

Baptism & Communion

Baptism is a public declaration of a private decision — a symbol of dying to the old life and rising to the new. It follows salvation and is an act of obedience and testimony. Communion is a regular practice where we remember the sacrifice of Jesus and proclaim His death until He comes again.

Marriage

We believe marriage is a sacred covenant established by God between one man and one woman, designed to reflect the relationship between Christ and His Church — built on love, commitment, and mutual honor. We hold this conviction with both clarity and compassion.

"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." — Psalm 119:105
